Entrepreneurship/Small Business
Where I Stand
Entrepreneurship has always been the backbone of the American spirit. We’ve sat there and watched while big corporations use their rigged financial advantages to run small businesses out of business in their local markets. As someone who works for a small business, I know how much care these businesses have for their communities. We must stand up for small businesses and ensure they have a fair chance to thrive.
What I’ll Do
By supporting small businesses, we can create an economy where more people can succeed. Here’s how we can do that:
I will fight to give small businesses more advantages to compete with big corporations. This includes advocating for reduced taxes and regulations for small businesses, making it easier for them to grow and succeed.
We need to streamline the process of getting business going and reporting for small businesses. We want these businesses to be able to focus on their business instead of red tape and reporting.
I will also push for policies that level the playing field, ensuring that small businesses are not unfairly pushed out by large corporations. By supporting small businesses, we can create a more vibrant and diverse economy.
Why It Matters
Supporting small businesses matters because they are the heart of our communities. They create jobs, foster innovation, and provide personalized services that big corporations often can't match. When small businesses thrive, our communities thrive. Small businesses take care of their communities and want to give back. We can't let big corporations stack the deck against them. By giving small businesses the support they need, we can ensure a brighter future for everyone.
